The Adventures of Rhinie is a children's book written by Louie W. Bookout, sold directly from the author's own site. The tagline across the homepage is "We are All born with a Diamond Horn." The author began writing it in January 2021, and the site carries a 2022 copyright.

The origin story is on the About page in the author's own telling. The idea started roughly fifteen years earlier, when he heard a pastor preaching about people who fear what they cannot see. The pastor noted in passing that rhinos have no natural predators except humans and can only see clearly about thirty feet ahead — "Do you really think the rhino is concerned with what is in the blur?" A few days later, buying propane for his barbecue, Bookout noticed the Blue Rhino logo: a baby rhino with a horn made of flame. "A Rhino with a horn that has magic powers!"

The book's message is aimed squarely at kids. The author's note to readers tells them that no one who has lived or ever will live is exactly like them — "You, my friend, are a 'One of a Kind,' a 'Masterpiece,' a 'Priceless Treasure.'" He states the book is meant to teach children goal-setting, self-belief, and embracing what makes them different. The site describes Bookout as a private car dealer who works with celebrities and writes children's books on the side. Blurbs come from TV producer and bestselling author Lyah Beth LeFlore and from readers in Fresno, Boca Raton, Los Angeles, and Fort Worth.
