How woke is CHS?

In support of Breast Cancer Awareness month, today our employees around the country are demonstrating their Go Pink pride. Check out our Myrtle Grove, LA crew sporting their pink!

Over the last month, CHS employees spent time recognizing and celebrating Black History Month through multiple events sponsored by Mozaiko, one of our employee resource groups (ERG), which focuses on ethnic diversity and inclusion.

Women at CHS, and their allies, are striking the #EmbraceEquity pose today to mark the 2023 International Women’s Day theme. Women are making significant contributions within our workforce and among our farmer-owners around the world.

Women have been making an impact across CHS, and across agriculture, for decades. As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we’re focused on our work to foster an inclusive culture where everyone is welcomed, respected and empowered to succeed, knowing it will provide value not just for our employees, but also for our farmer-owners and customers.
