91.3K Watched a PS5 Boycott. PlayStation Still Scores 90.

By BuyWokeFree Editorial

The view king named nobody. The receipt named a console.

Boycott Tracker logged 186.9K posts over seven days on this capture. The post on top of that pile went up October 17. It drew 6,398 replies, 926 reposts, 6,998 likes, and 519.8K views. The line was a boycott of Elon Musk products. It named no product. A different card, not that one, is a personal Starlink boycott at 4,516 likes and 70.7K views. Starlink is not in the BuyWokeFree file. This piece will not invent a score for it, and it is not a both-sides boycott.

Higher still, an October 16 post sat at 7,583 likes and 693.9K views. It is a DEI argument. It names no company. Woke Pulse volume on the same capture was 867.6K posts in seven days. DEI Watch volume was 585.1K. That second figure is query volume, not a corporate DEI total. No independent ESG brand sat on the first screen. Attention without a name is not a shopping decision, and it is not a score.

The named-product receipt is a PS5 disc boycott, and it is not the view king. One October 14 card drew 395 replies, 119 reposts, 673 likes, and 91.3K views. A second card the same day drew 41 replies, 69 reposts, 291 likes, and 50.6K views. The posts' own lines include "nearly half" and "842." One card cuts off at "Fake accounts generated over." The other cuts off at "making up." Those sentences stay unfinished here. 842 stays the card's number. It is not a BuyWokeFree finding.

PlayStation is 90. Sony is 80. Do not swap them.

The console on those cards is PlayStation. The published file scores it 90, extremely woke. The parent company is a different row. Sony scores 80, also extremely woke. The boycott cards name the console and the disc fight. They do not authorize swapping the PlayStation 90 for the Sony 80. If you are browsing the category rather than a viral card, start at Non-Woke Video Game Brands. Sony's mapped bucket is Electronics. That is the parent shelf, not a substitute score for the PS5 card.

The PlayStation file, printed here as the file and not as a fresh investigation, is specific. The published summary says Sony Interactive Entertainment pairs a 100 on the 2026 HRC Corporate Equality Index with nine consecutive years of Tokyo Rainbow Pride sponsorship, Pride@PlayStation networks, DEIB hiring goals, and Global Social Justice Fund programming. It also records OpenSecrets party-coded giving for Sony running roughly 95 percent Democratic in 2024. That is the document behind the 90. The 91.3K views and the 50.6K views explain why the cards are on the screen. They do not move the number in the file.

The same separation applies to the unnamed products card. Tesla is in the file at 20, mildly woke. That 20 is not the 519.8K post. The post named no product. Assigning the Tesla row to a card that never said Tesla would be the same error as finishing a cutoff sentence.

Three other named cards that already have a file

Kroger showed up as a bare "Boycott Kroger" card: 14 replies, 166 reposts, 1,350 likes, and 7,816 views. The card names no cause. The published score is 56, woke. That 56 is printable only with the missing-cause flag attached. Do not invent a reason the card did not give, and do not paste a dollar figure onto a post that did not carry one. The file's summary is a separate document about supplier diversity and a DE&I program. It is not this card's stated charge. Shoppers comparing shelves can use Non-Woke General Merchandise Brands. The boycott post is not that guide.

Chick-fil-A appeared as a CEO-stance headline: 13 replies, 12 reposts, 20 likes, and 4,851 views. The brand score is 20, mildly woke. It is not a city-store score, and this piece will not punch the CEO. The published file puts the chain closer to its conservative reputation than most brands on the scale, and still not at the zero many fans assume. It records standard impact reporting and political giving that runs heavily Republican. The headline on the card is the card's. The 20 is the brand's.

Buc-ee's drew 93 replies, 64 reposts, 229 likes, and 2,819 views. The cause is on the card: the founder praises building in conservative states. The published score is 0, not woke. That is printable, and it is low heat. A zero is not a victory lap, and this piece is not a punch at the founder. The file records no ESG report, no DEI program, no Pride sponsorship, and no HRC CEI rating. The card's argument is about where stores get built. The score is about the woke tests. A 2,819-view card is not a national referendum.

What looked like a brand and was not one

A Rolex and Louis Vuitton card drew 2,063 likes and 26.6K views. One version adds the slogan "Go Woke Go Broke." A sibling card, at 21.7K views, talks about the cost of living. Those are not the same claim. Neither card carries a dollar figure this piece will print. Neither name is in the file. Merging a loot joke with a cost-of-living post, then assigning a score, would be fiction.

A Grace Hopper Celebration card at 75.1K views says the event was "canceled due to lack of funds." That is the post's line. There is no dollar figure on the card, and the event is not in the file. A university card at 205.4K views is an institution talking about DEI, not a cart brand. None of those are scores you can shop.

Go Woke Go Broke, as a query, logged 14.6K posts in seven days. The first screen was not an independent brand winning the format. Slogan cards there sat at 327, 99, and 5 views. A slogan is not a receipt. Volume on a keyword is not a boycott of a company.

Which number are you actually shopping?

The format winning the screen is a DEI accusation with no company, then a one-line boycott with no product. The usable brand format is the named-product receipt, and it lost the view count. 91.3K people watched a PS5 boycott. The card says 842 accounts were fake. The file still says PlayStation 90. The parent file still says Sony 80. Kroger is 56 only if you keep the missing cause attached. Chick-fil-A is 20, not a city score, and not a reason to swing at a person. Buc-ee's is 0, and the card is small.

If the question is whether to sit out a console because a post traveled, the file is the part you can check. Open the PlayStation page. Read the 90. Leave the cutoff sentences cutoff. Do not let a 519.8K post that names nothing, or a 693.9K post that names no company, pick the cart. Views are a receipt of attention. A score is a receipt of the company. 842 shipped as a claim on a card. 90 shipped as a published file. Those are the two numbers. They are not interchangeable.
